The thoughtful amenities, like a teapot and excellent coffee selection, enhanced my stay. Sigrid’s home-cooked breakfast offerings were delicious and nice, especially the homemade preserves.

Fabulous food for perfect and absolutely superb breakfast. Helpful staff, free wake up calls and ironing. Location adjacent to Oxford, Abingdon, Newbridge and more, a cosy very friendly pub and Rafters for a second time.

Charming stay in Abingdon 🌼
Sigrid is such a gem, her brekkies are on another level, seriously! Freshly made and so lekker. The garden view from my room was just beautiful, perfect for winding down after a long day. The comfy beds just hugged me to sleep!
Room could be a bit small for a long stay, especially with just one wardrobe.

Loved everything about rafters! The room was large and comfy, and the bed was fantastic. Breakfast was amazin with plenty of choice and fresh cooked options. The location is beautyful, slightly outside abingdon but quiet. Sigrid was super helpful and really polite.
Only downside was that the shower could have been a bit better. Wifi connection was a bit spotty at times.

overall an enjoyable stay with minor areas for improvement
The room I stayed in was spacious and had a fantastic garden view that calmed the senses. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was commendable. Sigrid's hospitality stood out. She, including accommodating my dietary needs.
The only downside was that the shower could use a little improvement.

The breakfast was a standout-individually prepared and delicious, complemented by homemade jams that added a lovely touch. The room I stayed in wasvery comfy and tidy, equipped with quality linens.
The room was on the smaller side, which could be a squeeze, especially with only one wardrobe for a long stay. The dark wallpaper in the room might affect the overall brightness. The location lacks dining options in the immediate vicinity, forcing you to venture out for meals.

Amazing breakfast vibes!
The homemade jams stole the show at breakfast, and Sigrid was super friendly. The comfy bed was perfect for catching up on sleep after all the exploring. Just wish the shower had a bit more power, but other than that, it was a fab experience.

The large, comfortable room offered a beautiful garden view and a fantastic bed for a restful night. Breakfast was a highlight, with homemade jams and a good selection of dishes that were hard to resist. Although the location was peaceful, it lacked nearby dining options, requiring a drive to find restaurants. The bathroom was spacious, but the shower could use some improvement .

Really good Breakfast and Comfortable Rooms
I enjoyed my stay, especially thanks to Sigrid, who prepared a variety of homemade breakfasts that really hit the spot! The room was spacious and had a comfy bed. I was impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the cozy decor to the clean common areas. One minor thing would be having a bit more wardrobe space for longer stays.
